Who we are

Mill Creek Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church that believes and teaches Reformed Baptist Doctrines. We have an autonomous, congregational church structure and are apart of the Sierra Butte Baptist Association. We are dedicated to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Los Molinos and Tehama County.

Leadership

Pastor Carl DeBiase and his wife, Anita, have been happily married for 41 years, and we have been blessed to have him as our pastor for the past 26 years.

  • We believe the Baptist Faith & Message as outlined here. We teach the historic Reformed Baptist Doctrines in the Particular Baptist Tradition.

    Historic Reformed Baptist Beliefs are expressed in the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith.

  • Proper Biblical Teaching is expositional using the grammatical/historical hermeneutic to understand God's truth from His word. Pastors and teachers are charged with teaching the full-counsel of God to edify the church

  • Sunday School: 9:30 a.m.

    Sunday Worship: 11 a.m.

    Bible Study: Wed. 7 p.m.

  • All people seeking further knowledge of Jesus Christ are welcome to attend our Sunday Services. Each week the Sunday worship service is conducted decently, and in order, where our focus is on renewing our mind through songs, hymns, and spiritual songs that teach truth about God; Expository Teaching; Corporate Prayer; Bible Reading, and a Loving Community. The Lord’s Supper is offered on the second Sunday of month to true believers in our Lord Jesus, and believers baptisms are conducted as necessary.

  • True Believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are commanded to be apart of a local body of believers. We do not believe in “Rogue Christianity.” Church membership is the entry into covenant with a local body of believers and submission to the authority of our Lord Jesus through the local church. Anyone having an issue with the necessity of the local church in a Christian’s life, ultimately has an issue with the head of the church, our Lord Jesus Christ. People seeking membership at Mill Creek Baptist Church are encourage to attend regularly, participate in our events, and meet with the Pastor about their membership pursuit. It is required for all new members to attend a membership class and agree to the church covenant.
